Abraham Attah has been the talk of the town for some weeks now after renowned radio presenters in Ghana mocked the ‘Beast of No Nation’ actor way of pronouncing “thank you” when he went on stage to deliver a speech upon winning best male actor at the 31st Film Independent Spirit Awards. It however didn’t end there because issues kept coming up concerning the young actor following recent criticisms over his Ambassadorial deal yet to be decided.

Management of the Ghanaian actor, has silenced critics who claim that he is too young to be an ambassador for tourism in Ghana.

According to them, ambassadorship has nothing to do with age.

A team member, Mawuko Kuadzi compared young Attah to the biblical David, who defeated the gigantic warrior from Philistine, Goliath, adding that the actor can deliver when made an ambassador irrespective of his age.

Speaking on Entertainment Review on Day Break Hitz on Hitz 103.9 FM, Mawuko said that they also heard the news through the media and are looking forward to receiving an official letter from the Tourism Ministry about the appointment.

He said that management will look into the terms of the contract to assess whether it will be in the interest of the young star before they take any concrete decision about it.

Mawuko Kuadzi also made clear that they have not informed Abraham Attah about the issue yet and explained that they will do so after receiving an official notification from the Ministry.

“He is currently in school and we want him to concentrate on his education. We don’t want him to be disrupted,” he added.
