After he took an advance of GHC2,000.00 and did show up for a show during the Easter Festivities at Asamankese, Rapper Yaa Pono has been sued by Event Organizers.

He further made it clear that the first agreement was that Yaa Pono would be a special guest for their Talent Hunt Competition but the show was to change to a Jam with him(Yaa Pono) performing throughout the night till the 1am the next morning. He also said all effort to contact the musician's management was not successful.

He also said the musician's failure to perform at the show caused a huge damage to them since he was the guest artiste that day.

The organizers have petitioned the court for Yaa Pono's management to pay GHC 20,000.00 as damage cost.

Road Manager for the musician noted that Peace Tour Entertainment didn't comply with the new agreement they issued concerning the change of show and time and that the team is ready to pay off the initial amount of GHC2,000.00 to the organizers.
