Award winning Hip-life artist and president of MUSIGA, Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour  has revealed in an interview on Rainbow radio 87.5  this evening that he doesn’t see anything wrong with Don Moen being the headline artist for the Ghana @60 concert.
This comment comes after various individuals within the Ghanaian Music Industry lambaste authorities for not acknowledging local gospel musician and  not trusting any of them to headline the concert, in the sense that they don’t understand why a foreign gospel artist will be contacted to headline Ghana’s 60th anniversary while there are  very good, hard working and dedicated gospel artist in the country that are capable of putting up a great show.
Therefore they felt MUSIGA being the major body of musician union in Ghana it will stand up and condemn this act which some Ghanaians describe as shameful.
According to Obour, he doesn’t feel those in charge did anything wrong by contacting the  veteran American gospel musician, and he did add that it isn’t that Ghanaian artist wouldn’t be part of the concert at all, and that some would be featured, and for the fact that they haven’t been left out is a positive sign.
